1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Items that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at arpitmittal712@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review and approve your return request within 2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or self-shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Used or opened items not in original condition
- Customized or special order items
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at arpitmittal712@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
